You gave the approval for the lineart, and I have started the coloring process. After i Share the colouring progress you notice that one or more markings are drawn incorrectly and require a change.

you request a marking position to be changed more than 3 times during the colouring stage. if redlining is not possible or helpful, i will request an additional fee.

the price for an upcharge usually start at 2€ and up.

Please make sure you have the funds before purchasing something from me.

You have the right to cancel the commission BEFORE payment has be send and BEFORE a sketch has been made. If cancelled after a sketch, a cancellation fee will be charged.

I don´t do refunds or cancel commissions that have already been started. False refunds/chargeback are not allowed and will result in a beware or legal steps.

I won´t refund an adopt that has been partially paid already. The amount already paid counts as a cancellation fee. if you require a payment plan please state this in your claiming comment so we can discuss it beforehand as i will not always accept payment plans.

Refunds or partial refunds are only done if I fail to complete the art for any reason or am unable to meet a deadline that has been agreed on beforehand.

Use the art as a banner, profile picture or to represent youself. a note in your profile description that credits me as the artist is required.

Share the art you commissioned on your social media or platform. Crediting me as the artist with my username and a link to this carrd is always required.

Change a detail on the drawing to fit your preference with my explicit permission.

Use the art to create merchandise for personal use like printing it for a poster or making stickers for youself.

Claim credit the art for yourself or someone other than me, the artist.

Use the art to create merchandise for other commercial use and make any kind of revenue with my artwork without my explicit permission.

Host a piece of monetized content that revolves around the artwork i created.

Trace the artwork

Edit the artwork without my permission

Feed the artwork into an AI or using it as an NFT.

Paywall my art behind a patreon/only fans or other plattforms.
